I am at my best when helping people discover and develop their true and limitless potential. With more than three decades in the sales profession, I have developed a unique talent for helping people overcome their potential-stopping “limiting beliefs”. My one-of-a-kind perspective has much to do with the fact that I have worked on both sides of the fence. In addition to eight years’ experience training and managing sales teams in the corporate world, I also spent nine years as a top realtor and then built my own multi-million dollar direct selling business. In 2012, I launched Leslie Zann Consulting. As a sought-after international speaker, trainer and personal coach to top sales producers, I inspire my clients to align their vision for success with proven strategies for increasing sales and profit and developing their leadership capabilities. I believe great achievement is always possible … and that a person’s mindset is the key to unlocking the door to that achievement.
