Tips on Leading a Group Transformation

1. Pick a date and collaborate with some team members, it’s more powerful to do it together. Allow 2-4 weeks for promotion, building your audience, purchase and shipping time .

2. Create an invitation, this could be one or all; a flier, web link, Facebook, Instagram squares and stories, emails, memes, etc

3. Promote, start to share your personal testimonial with friends, family, community. Use Social media stories to create curiosity and share your excitement that you are co-hosting an up and coming group lifestyle transformation, leave a call to action, use polls. Reach out personally via phone calls, text, email and messages, DO NOT SPAM the bit.ly links or the promo materials.

4. Use our team existing Fb group Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation Support Page and add your people for support after they have purchased their ULT. Or, you can choose to create a small private group of your own to host reoccurring group transformations.

5. For deeper health concerns, offer a free consult, make sure that everyone has the correct 30 day schedule that best suits them and they understand the food list suggestions.

6. After they have purchased, add people to your group and tag them in intro post with either a video unboxing, and product / schedule introduction video. Also share the Agents of Change lifestyle support page https://www.agentsofchange.earth/lifestyle-support with flex foods and lifestyle meals so they have a clear understanding of what to expect and how to prepare for the program, as well as understand detox reactions .

You can choose to also create a WhatsApp group if wanting to offer support off of Fb, as well as something for your customers outside the larger group container. This helps to keep tabs on everyone that you will be supporting. Make sure to personally check in with your people. You can make times on your calendar to check every other day on your transformers via text. Teach your team to duplicate this level of support to create a deeper relationship with your customers, and create a successful and positive transformation experience and continued happy customers for life .

7. During the transformation share tips, recipes , detox and other supportive info to keep them on track and inspired. Share yummy recipes, any relaxation techniques, yoga, meditation or other offerings along the way.

8. You can choose to create a container where you offer 1 group zoom a week for Q&A and more accountability and group support, or leverage the group container if their is a seasonal team transformation happening at the time.

9. Before starting make sure to encourage everyone to take their before photos, weight and measurements.

10. Let your customers know that if they have friends that they would like to invite they can either upgrade to a bp or share your code. If they have 4 friends to join them on the journey they can enroll as a bp and get their products paid for.

11. As people are coming to the end of their 30 days ask them “what has shifted since before starting” using SWIPMED. Sleep - Weight- Inflammation - Pain -Mood - Energy - Digestion . Ask if their friends and family are noticing their changes. This is a good time to revisit the Brand Partner conversation.

12. Encourage going public and sharing their success, testimonials, before & after pics etc. on their social media platforms.

13. Create a superfood plan moving forward. I like to always encourage people to stay on core 4 for a 90 day commitment, also add in super cleansR 20 days after 1st round is finished, adding in daily fiber or other extras now.

14. Promote next group cleanse so these folks can invite. Ask people who had successful transformation if they would like to upgrade to a bp and co-host one of their own or have you support them.
